The v6 now makes 348hp. I still dont think this car looks all that great but I do have to say the update doesnt looks too bad. The hood looks similar to the Dodge Challengers hood trying to give it a more muscle car like hood bulge. The headlights now have the halo ring eye effect that all cars are going to and the back taillights look a little better.

I like the power but the front doesn't do it for me, interior is awesome in those cars

the hyundais really caught my attention at the auto show. The overall quality of the interiors (genesis and equus) and their lighting designs (equus tailights) left a good impression to me.

when i walked by the zr1, i coulda swore it has non-led tailights. Did my eyes deceive me?

348hp?! whats the curb weight? i think with the genesis power to weight they should be about as fast as an LS1 f-body, that aint bad.

it weighs about the same as 4thgen Fbody actually. around 3,400 pounds.

but it's still a hyundai

I am really considering a Hyundai Veloster for a DD if my job becomes permanent! 60 miles round trip is killing me and my SS lol. Never thought I would say that I wanted a Hyundai. Nothing in that segment and price range looks as cool. Never cared for the Genesis... I would rather have a 370Z.

Eh i dunno just looks to weird for me imo. Btw they are comming out with a Veloster turbo 201 hp and 38mpg

i used to own an F-body. everything about this Hyundai is a few steps up from an f-body except maybe tq.

I really like the V6 model. Looks like the refresh is big step up from the initial MY. Hope they resolved the tranny issues. Can't wait for it to show up in showrooms. Thanks for posting the vid.

Exactly so I doubt this car will run veeeeeery low 13's or high 12's on a good day.

I know. I am waiting to see the pricing on it. The Veloster has the potential to look very cool IMO. I would not leave it stock if I got one.

Glad to see I am not the only one that likes the Veloster

I am really looking forward to the 13 Gen and the Veloster Turbo hitting the dealers. oh decisions, decisions.......
