2013 ZL1 CRT vert delivered (Overpar73) [COTW 10/13/14]

Iv'e tore my passenger door apart and installed a strip of blue LED's to the bottom of my door to match my interior lights so they come on when the door is opened and turn off when the door is closed. I'm still going to wire in a LED light for the outside door handle. However, Ofer has told me I have to run a wire into the interior to make it work right, wiring into the dome lighting. This is going to be a bitch. I'm still pulling pieces off to get hydro-dipped.

Just finished up the install of the LED light for the outside door handle for the passenger door, it looks really good. Going to take my new TB and have it powder coated black tomorrow. Packed up all the front end pieces and there ready to send down the H2O printers (Fastlane) in Houston, TX.

Trying something new on my wheels to see what it looks like while I have the front end off. A before and after pic, this is 1/4" reflective tape I had left over from my old 5 spoke wheels.

Got some presents today and applied some pins tripping tape to my wheels to see what it looks like. Still not sure about it yet, I'm going to have to see what they look like on the car. Also sent a bunch of parts down for hydro-dip.

Very nice, how u think the powder coat will hold up?

I had the part painted with high temp gloss black. They couldn't powder coat it because of the metal and switch, he said it would look terrible (pitted looking) and would of melted the switch in the oven. Going to put the rear end back on tomorrow afternoon, I will take some pics to show everyone after it's all done, take care.

Got my rear end put back on and wired my drivers door for the LED's. Got the inner door panels removed and will send them down to be hydro-dipped along with the door pulls. Everything is looking really good.

I always love to see what your doing to your ZL1.....gives me lots of ideas but makes me drool to much!!!

Finished up wiring my LED's for my doorhandles and bottom of the doors and installed the HUD and a/c vent's that I hydro-dipped myself. I can do the small pieces. Iv'e sent my door inserts and door handle pulls down to H2O Printers (Fastlane) to be hydro-dipped.

I really like the look of the rear lower valence. Please post some more pics once you get the splitter and side skirts back and reinstalled. This is something I may want to add to my list of things to do...

I see your in the Houston area, you can run over to H2O Printers (FastLane) and you can check out all my parts being hydro-dipped and let me know how there coming? Supposed to be all done at the end of the month? I'm really looking forward to seeing how everything will look after everything is installed and sure hope I won't have any regrets. This was expensive and I hope to really like it, just like I've seen on other cars in the forums but not in person!

I was hoping you could of got over to H20 Printers (FastLane) to give me any update? Looking forward to getting everything back and installed, that is if the weather ever turns around and heads up and not down like it has so far. I'm so sick of the cold!!
