Try gmpartsdirect, but it won't be much better. The RS headlights are pricey.

try this place in San Diego DDM Tuning. I have bought numerous HIDs for many vehicles here. Very reasonable...

gen5diy.com
Looking for used won't do you much good as they're all sold right away, pricey, or have broken tabs. There is an aftermarket replacement too

http://www.gen5diy.com/exterior/RS_headlights
email or call, I'm sure they can help you out with a single light instead of a pair

Wait a minute? We're they quoting you $1000 for the assemblies or for the bulbs? Is there something I'm missing for replacing bulbs on these cars?

Bulbs only can be bought from most places, classic industries has them about $225 each if I remember right.

These headlights really bug me. I drove cars with glass headlights for many years, never had one break or get scratched. All new car headlight lenses are ruined within 10K miles. It's a freaking sin, almost as bad as the soft paint system.

They are D2S, I got mine from AMAZON for $35 for two. Get the 6000, they are a little whiter.

Buy two. If one went out the other isn't far behind.

Are these H13 from WalMart for the non RS camaros of also fit the RS with the HIDs?
