By rated at the crank i think the OP means that the stock HP advertised on the LS3 is 426HP.

Not that the bottom end is only rated to 426whp

wont adding a cam void the powertrain warranty vs a TB will not void any warranty.

Think headers will do the trick as far as a warranty goes. I assumed he did not care about warranty. Matter of fact I think the high quality tune will do the trick as well.

Oh no no no, I know that these cars can handle major hp, i just meant that the ls3 is a 426 hp engine (rated at 426 at the flywheel) sorry for the confusion.

Feel free to give us a call to discuss options. Bolt ons and a cam will get you in the 450+ range.

I got 450 rwhp up here at altitude with the stock airbox, an emissions-legal big camshaft, LT headers, no cats, 3" exhaust all the way into a pair of Flowmasters, and a good tune from an expert tuner. A buddy of mine has the exact same setup and same tune, but also a CAI - he got 453 rwhp. Don't waste your money on a CAI for 3rwhp - the stock box will flow plenty of air (more air than stock intake and heads can flow) until you throw on a Maggie.

BLESSINGS!
Sam

425.6 HP but day to day dyno to dyno your numbers can change.
Its the before and after mods that count.

Any maintenance work by yourself is grounds for warranty void, ask Jerry, he only changed his oil which voided the warranty......beware!

This is how it always starts.... Once you get 426 RW, your gonna want 500 RW because thats what your crank is. Once you get 500 RWHP your gonna want 580 RW.... You see the pattern lol

What Im trying to say here is save a little time and money and just get blown....
