But to you and those above, fear not you can still buy a new 2013. There are 43 of them listed on autorader alone. Some dealers just don't seem too interested on moving them. I'm guessing there will be new 5th gens lurking on lots for several years to come.

An end of a era. I was at the Detroit Auto Show when it debuted in 06 and I remember the buzz and excitement surrounding the car. Hopefully the 6th gen is built as good as the 5th gen. Mine has been rock solid since I bought it 3 years ago.

So sad still to have the era of the 5th gen pass. I am just as happy,......no much more happy, than on the first day I bought my 2010. Now with hubby's 2011 residing beside her in the garage we built for them, they will keep us permagrinning for the rest of our lives. Then one for each of our kids to treasure. They were classics the day they were born & always will be. Thanks again Oshawa team for our great cars.

I was so hesitant to preorder this car, not knowing what I would receive. I ordered in November and received my baby on June 23. Many cruises later, we just rolled on 90,000 miles. No problems, no issues, no complaints! One set of new tires. I have RS/2SS with all leather, beautiful Cyber Grey metallic. Sunroof. I LOVE my car, which is named "Betsy's Bandit" after my cat. My Bandit is now 6 years old and gets lots of attention to this day! thanks GM!!

What are you talking about? Nov 22 our 5th gens will be rare discontinued models! They will NEVER be made again! I'm going to sell mine for $500,000. That's a good deal on a rare discontinued model. LOL
