2010 LS3 intake manifold vacuum

Hey everyone. Quick question for the gurus. I just removed my turbo kit from my 2010 SS and am now reconnecting all my vacuum lines and so forth. My question is... Is the port behind my intake manifold supposed to be capped? I do not have a dual mode exhaust and i dont think the dual mode npp stuff was available till 2013 1LE . And help would be greatly appreciated. I found pics on google and this forum but not a straight answer or pic. In the pic its the npp vacuum line
