I regret to hear you're experiencing these coolant loss and electrical concerns with your Impala and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you would like, we can certainly look into this further and contact your servicing dealership to provide an additional layer of assistance. Please send us a private message along with your full contact information, VIN, current mileage, and dealership name if this is something of interest.

We hope to hear from you soon.

I'm filing a lemon law claim, so I think I have it covered. Thanks, though.
It's already been looked at by ASM, regional rep doesn't know anything about cars... I mean NOTHING.

Am I the only person who finds it appalling that there are numerous stories of people getting shafted by GM dealers over issues like this? Yes the OP eventually got his car fixed but all of the unnecessary crap to go through to get it done should be embarrassing to any GM rep or employee. I'm not gonna drop names but my daily driver had a oil consumption issue, took it to the closest dealer, found out in a few hours I was getting my motor rebuilt and they handed me keys to a new loaner vehicle.

I always just got the car fixed, but some dealers may be under more scrutiny because of "issues" they've had with warranty claims before, etc. I have NEVER had an oil consumption repair questioned by GM when I submitted for payment. But I HAVE caught a few people faking consumption to try to get a new engine right before their warranty expires.
