Making the hood liner look good took a lot of effort. I had a new liner to start with (one of the shops f'd up the original when they jacked up motor without first opening hood poking a hole in it!). Cuts came out straight and parallel to one another... were symetrical and same distance away from bowtie. Edges with exposed insulation were painted with flat black paint to match liner. Pictures of liner came out too dark. You guys can check it out next time we meet. Can't get off work Friday but will be at Sonics Fri night.
