Best headers for 2011 2LT RS

I have a 2011 Camaro 2LT RS. I installed corsa cat back exhaust and k&n intake. Now I am thinking of installing headers but having a hard time figuring out which to go with. What do you think?

I personally was looking at the bbk long tube headers. A couple places have them on sale right now and they offer so e of the best performance gains when paired with a good tune

There are a few good ones on the market today.

ARH, BBK or OBX which is what I have on my Camaro.

Here is a thread I started that might help you out too.

One other good thread to check out.

Are you in the market for LT's or shorty's? I personally don't see the point of shorty's as the power gains are minimal and the quality and fitment is almost never equal to OEM.

LT's: If quality is your biggest concern/priority, then ARH or Stainless Works. If price is your main concern/priority then OBX or Pacesetter. A good compromise of both is BBK. I'm going to guess that quality is a huge factor for you seeing that you bought the Corsa. (great choice)

I personally have Stainless Works long tubes and they sound/look great! I never did get a bone stock dyne number before I put them on, but after the install I got about 245 rwhp (before tuning). Haven't dynoed it post tune. I also have the Stainless works catback and they go great together. Just my .02

American Racing Headers FTW! They are well made in America, won't rust & sound better. I can't wait to get mine on!

ARH and Stainless Works make the best headers for the V6 and BBK are more on the budget-friendly side. Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Best regards,

Over time 304 will discolor where it gets hot. Ceramic coating would keep it looking good.

Sounds like poor quality coating and/or prep. The coating we use still looks very good even after years of use.

Best regards,

Yeah, I thought it was supposed to be pretty durable.
