Only options on my 1SS; NPP, A8, Hyper Blue paint $395, black wheels $200.

I paid less than that for my car and it's a 2ss with almost every major option so no.

I wouldn't even consider a SS for $45k.

Yeh...it would make a nice chick car. I would go with the 6 as an option if not wanting an 8, because the 6s can be made to have decent sound and good power. I have yet to hear a good sounding 4 banger Camaro.

Exactly...what I have been saying since the 16's came out. I even told the dealers that when looking at msrp sticker. Very seldom do you see a base 1ss with no options on the lots. The thing is I bet a base 1SS would sell a hell of a lot faster than one optioned out. Dealers don't get it. They think they are selling Caddys.

That is actually crazy. For $18K I could probably deal with the 4 cylinder. Of course, I'm sure that price has an unobtainable combination of incentives, but still...
Probably closer to low 20s for those 1LS coupes with the exact same underpinnings, someone at GM is killing the business by letting crap like this happen.

WAIT. That's 1SS vert money come october/november. The only real option you NEED to have is the 8" touch screen and I would add NAV... I got a 1lt with the 8" and I've been doing small stuff every other month or so. Leather, 20's with runflats, I dunno... I guess I'll do door sills at somepoint.

Last car was a lexus that sold for around that price, car before was a bmw M5, options are overrated IMO. Unless is something really special like MRC you can always add it later. no need to finance that stuff in.

If you plan to mod there is some cool stuff going on in the 2.0t world, but honestly you should be able to talk them down hard. I personally wouldn't buy that car for that price.

No chance in hell I would pay that much for a 4 cyl camaro.

I don't think I could even stomach paying that much for an SS model.

This time of year you should be able to find one 15-20% off msrp (I'd only go for 20% off). Actual price paid will vary greatly due to a wide range of options. Take the MSRP and multiple by .85 and .8 and try to be there.

New? I assume 33 + TT&L? You got a good deal sir! Sounds like yours was around 45 MSRP.
