I had the issue of my clutch sticking to the floor during a hard runs speed shifting, so I put IDEALS master in my car on Thursday. I blead the clutch per his video and it does appear to have fixed this issue. So either the master did the trick or the bleading process did it. Either way I am a happy camper for sure!

Has anyone found a real solution for this? I had this happen to me when I dumped the clutch to do a burnout at the track a couple days ago. The clutch peddle stuck to the floor and all I could smell was clutch and fluid. I must have burned it pretty damn bad.I looked like a complete idiot. Any chance with could be a warranty fix?

Had to bring this thread back. I never had the problem with the pedal sticking down until about 74k miles. I've done quite a few power shifts at WOT with no problems. Now it wants to stick down if I try a hard shift under power and it does it when it is cold unlike most of the others that say it is a fluid heating issue.

I have the heads off to replace lifters and cam and won't be able to put things back together for a few more weeks. If it's possible I will bleed the line out while I'm doing the rest of the work and see if it cleans out good. It's never been a problem when it's hot. I think it's just got dust in the slave cylinder.

Any other fixes out there yet?

A new clutch is a good solution. And you have good access to the top bolts on the bell housing with the heads off. The monster LT series is pretty good and feels stock! Worth a look if you have the opportunity.

I just wanted to add that we installed a pre 2010 corvette Tick Master into a 2012 corvette and seen no problems, the only problem we seen what that we couldn't fully control the release speed with our foot at first being used to the stock one it was tire spin hard at the track, once that was learned, it shifted great.....

NOW I have a 2011 camaro and fighting the same problems I had when I first got a Tick performance master in my 2000 camaro SS, and later on with Tick I went 8.80's with their T56....

anyways I would really think there is something here to be gained. I am on the edge trying the modified stock one from idealg.....

I have had my clutch pedal stick to the floor since day 1 with high rpm aggressive shifting (even in the quarter mile - tough way to go down the track). I've had a Spec Super Street twin disc and a ZR-1 clutch. Never changed the sticking problem. The Spec was better than stock, but not as good as the ZR-1.
I don't ride the clutch. I've changed the fluid several times. I will try DOT 4 after reading these posts.

I've also had to replace the slave cylinder. Did not help the sticking.

Bringing this thread back from the dead with some great news: after literally YEARS of research and development, the Tick Performance Billet Adjustable Clutch Master Cylinder Kit for 2010-15 Camaro SS & ZL1 & Z28 is FINALLY available: https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=535330

This kit is custom CNC machined here in house at our facility in NC, USA and is the only truly aftermarket clutch master cylinder solution for these cars. It offers an increased cylinder bore which allows the hydraulic system to flow enough fluid to fully disengage ANY clutch and it is made adjustable so there is no chance of flowing too much fluid and risking damage to the slave cylinder and/or pressure plate.

This kit will allow you to drive your Gen 5 Camaro like it is SUPPOSED to be driven! Much more pictures and video coming soon. If you guys have any questions, feel free to ask!

Edit: YES, it fits the V6 cars, as well!
