Exclamation All V6 Owners with AfterMarket Exhaust!!!

Hey. I was wondering you feel about your exhaust? Worth it or no? Also name you exhaust set up. I'm deciding on what route to take when it comes to my exhaust. I would love a better sound when i step on the gas. Also, what are some thoughts on cheaper vs more expensive exhaust setups? where did you buy your exhaust? And finally Borla vs Magna flow....

Also here is my beast. She just needs to roar a little louder in my opinion

Sorry but I have Flowmasters. Only paid $218 for them. I refuse to pay much more than that for what are essentially mufflers. I haven't seen anyone that was unhappy with them. Unfortunately you can't touch them for under $500 now.

Since I use cherry bomb on my truck I would definitely consider these

I have cherry bomb extremes with a resonated x pipe. It has some drone but, it doesn't bother me. They are relatively cheap to get. I bought mine off eBay, but that was years ago.

I have MRT V2's with a magnaflow resonated xpipe, cat/resonator delete, and I get alot of compliments on how my exhaust sounds. Heres a video for reference.

I have the Dynomax VT (i think its VT the one with the valve in it) and really like it. Reality quiet when just cruising but very loud when you get on it.

My favorite systems for the V6 are Magnaflow and the MRT V 2.0.

I bought the SLP Loudmouth 1 axle-back exhaust from www.phastekperformance.com. It sounds great and loud from the outside, on the inside it's kind of too loud unless you have the windows down or the radio up.

Magnaflow resonated x-pipe and muffler delete. it sounds nice and is the cheapest option. I just got my x-pipe today and having the work done this week, there are a couple of other guys on here that have already done it.

this sounds great but a lot of that has to do with the cat delete that most of us cannot do.

a muffler delete by itself will sound horrible, you would want to use the Magnaflow resonated x-pipe.
