Wow good to know a Camaro will last that long........that's a lot of miles- I usually see on trucks. I suppose a Camaro could last a long time- especially the SS's if gently driven, the V8's loafing all day long at 1500 RPM like they do in the trucks. I don't intend to keep mine anywhere nearly that long or put even 100K miles on it.

This is a horrible refresh. That bumper would look so much better if it was painted body color. What were the designers thinking? I'll keep my '13!

Can you imagine trying to get an electronic part for the car after 100 years? Let me guess, the 1914 is a one owner car.

The only things electronic on that car are the headlights, magneto (pre-cursor to the distributor), and spark plugs. Possibly a dashboard light when you turn on the headlights. That Chevy clearly has a hand crank starter as Cadillac had just invented the electric starter in 1912. So all it has to generate spark is a magneto. Fuel pump is gravity or manual primer on the dash.

In fact some really good restoration garages with intelligent technicians and all the best equipment like Jay Leno’s or Wayne Carini’s could probably manufacture their own reproduction parts for a car like that if they cannot rebuild them.
