She's here! Was delivered Sunday at 10:45 a.m. Weather has been crap here so it's super dusty in need of a good bath. Hopefully this weekend i can go get the emissions done. Tires are the first needed item. The Trofeos have the standard cracking around the top of the sidewall, getting replaced with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. ZL1 Addons should be here tomorrow (floor jacks & rocker guards).
What are you guys using for covers (indoor)? So many options.. Any other must get or do's? Besides pull the fuse for the exhaust

The Michelin 4S tires are great. You'll love them.

I have these items:
-Lloyds Mats Classic Loop Ebony trunk mat w/ Z/28 logo off of Amazon. Great for making trunk usable. Items don't slide as much
-OEM cargo net for trunk too. Hold heavier objects in place well.

Especially with your car being dark color you'll appreciate the following:

I have XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF installed on the:
-front splitter
-full front bumper
-full hood
-full front fender flares
-black portion of rocker panels
-impact area on rear quarters (even if you have the zl1 rock guards its worth the money)
-full rear fender flares
-black portion of rear bumper

Had the car corrected and ceramic coated (can just spray off with pressure washer and leaf blow it dry... 20 min from walking into garage, assembling items, and putting items away):
-compounded/polished all painted surfaces
-CQUARTZ Finest Reserve on the body
-CQUARTZ DLUX on wheels and calipers
-Gtechniq on all the glass

Trunk mat on order. Dig your set up, in do time i hope to have the same protection in place.

For indoor covers, I think you'll be hard pressed to find anything better than the Covercraft custom form-fit.

The impact areas on the qtrs are cheap.... Do that to start.

We're pretty close in VIN's. I'm #1255 you're #1265. Same color, a/c and stereo. Mine has some more miles though and 16 track events (8, 1st place trophies too). Enjoy it and take it to the track. That's what the geniuses at GM Engineering built it for!

Awesome.

thanks for sharing that. I'm going to get my car re-coated with new ceramic coating next season.

I have ZL1 rock guards and can still see some rock chips on my rear quarters/wheel flares. Those tires are super wide and sticky they'll fling stuff past the rock guards.

Z/28 dreamer enjoy your Z. Red is an awesome color for the Z and hard to come by. Looks awesome bro!
