There were predrilled holes on either side of the rear seat panel (toward the door) which allows you to insert a pin on the Windscreen.
The Windscreen has a molded piece that fits around and behind the rear seat.
Very easy to install. I was told that this unit was tested at 140 MPH and it never moved.

Does it further inhibit the driver side seat going back? Mine's as far as the rear sides will let me go.

I had ordered this but it was not available. I then just canceled it for now. Does your wife have long hair and how well does it work on it not letting her hair slap her in the face? That is the only reason I wanted it.

If it works the same as the one GM has for the G6 vert, I'm not overly impressed. It tends to blow over at high speeds...115km/hr or faster or if its windy out!

Here are a couple of pictures of what I believe are the windscreen attachment points.
The first shows the pin hole on the passenger side where the front of the windscreen attaches.
The second shows a slot next to the back seat on the drivers side. I assume this is where the back of the windscreen attaches.
Seems really straight forward.

I will know soon enough. I have a one on order from gmpartsdirect.com. It was $309.05 shipped as stated above.

Works abundant and looks like Chevy fabricated it themselves. They accomplish acceptable vehicles, so what's that acquaint you about the windscreen? As far as superior goes, it's up there. The alone botheration you ability acquisition is with the effectiveness.

A windscreen wiper or windshield wiper is a accessory acclimated to abolish rain and bits from a windscreen or windshield.A wiper about consists of an arm, pivoting at one end and with a continued elastic brand absorbed to the other. The brand is swung aback and alternating over the glass, blame water from its surface.

Back in topic...

I really didn't think the wind is bad, much less than a lot if other cars I've been in.

Does the screen actually stop long hair from blowing? With the windows down as well? Just don't see how that's effective. If it does work, would like to see some better looking after market to stop the wifes complaining!

I need help.

I went to my dealer here in Canada and they cannot get the wind deflector (their system is showing that is not available from GM). I went to a dealer in Champlain, NY and I got the same answer.

After, I sent a message to GMpartsdirect and here is the answer I got:

Thank you for your inquiry to GmPartsDirect.com. I apologize we do not have part number 92219688 in stock and GM does not provide an estimated release date at this time.

Any idea where I can get it (My lady really wants it....) and why GM doesn't have it.

Based on my research, I think the maker is Bosal-Oris (a german company), http://major-customers.bosal-oris.co...vertibles.html

Thank's
