for peeps sake. EVERYBODY charges for them. its just whether its included in price of the tires (meaning you dont see the "extra cost") OR added separate at a "discounted rate". he couldve just included them in the price and you wouldve never known. all depends on how you sell it. cuz my mom once told me AINT NOTHING FREE
