probably a stupid question
u guys think that any of the 2012 ZL1's will be in the mid $40s range within the year or so? i was playing with the idea, but i also had a deal on a 1LE 2SS for around 39k come up and im not sure what to do... i really want a ZL1, but by then theyll have a buttload of miles on them within a year..... i duno what to do... financially i dont really wanna go more than $45k on one.....

My dealer offered me 43,000 for my 2013 with 900 miles on it. Told them to go pound sand.

Anything is possible . . . one hand it is "just a car" . . one the other it is unique and desirable one at that . .
I bought a 2006 STS-V used in 2006 with 6,000 miles for $54 G . . it stickered at over $80 G . . that is a 33% loss . . . and it is as unique if not more so than a ZL1 . .

I don't see them getting to mid 40's in the near future. I'd bet probably next year they will dip there.

I think only high mileage ones will get that low within the next year.

Yes, even with the Z28 coming out. The Z28 will be very very customer specific based on what they said it will come with as standard and whats NOT available to the car.
People who want a high powered Camaro with creature comforts may even turn to the ZL1 which could potentially drive the price up
