Gym would help some, though I do work out now. But (ha ha) I've always had issues with seats with high bolsters in the cushion.

...agreed, seats can be an annoying issue, especially after they are ok for 15 minutes of ride time then they become annoying and painfull. May I offer the ZL1 seats work pretty good for me, but they are not hi-po seats. I wonder about the Recaro's in the Z/28....hmmmmmm...

I hear the base seats in the C7 are not for wide butts. I may not fit but looking forward to trying one on for size. I'm guessing those sport seats may be a wee bit snug for me.
I don't know why the manufacturers are making such unnecessarily wide consoles at the expense of seat width. It's everywhere.... even in the Tahoes. What car these days offers a big seat? Geez.... now that the big Crown Vics and Town Cars are gone, what's left? NADA. America gets fatter as the seats shrink. Who is making what the public needs? Some dinky asian designers? Lemme see Big AL squeeze in to these new seats for a long trip!

That is why for REAL racecars the seats are custom fit. Of course most REAL race car drivers are pretty fit.

...I am the same size I was in high school Number 3, maybe I missed my calling, but gosh darn I am plugged in with the series drivers, best job there is besides a military pilot. Adrenaline.....there is no substitute. I had that in my previous career, but to have it with a love for the job....then that's more than one could ever ask for.

This is four years old, and almost all of you have probably seen it, but it seemed appropriate in context.

ZR1 Blue Devil vs Blue Angel

Warning, it's a 20 minute vid, but the Blue Angel ride at the end is pretty sweet.
