Would it be easier to install my ls9 and then put the maggy on, or install the motor with the maggy already on? Need some suggestions.

Are you installing from the top or from the bottom?
If top, wait until the engine is in then install the maggie.

If from the bottom, put the maggie on the engine then install the whole thing.
