This same jackass has posted the photos of my Recaro Seats I have for sale in the interior parts thread on the Los Angeles and Dallas Craigslist sites. Another C5 member from CA spotted the LA ad and gave me a heads up. I then found on Dallas and e-mailed the "seller" with a threat of contacting the FBI and he removed the LA and Dallas ads that contained his phone number. He got smarter and posted on Lafayette, LA site without phone. Haven't managed to make that one go away. He also has this supercharger ad on the Lafayette site. I could tell as soon as I saw it that it was the same clown.

Yea I seen one very similar on Dallas Craigslist and I think he had it on here in the forced induction classifieds... Saw the price and instantly knew it was a scam. He is using different pics now.

I'm gonna be mean and a little passive at the same time. First, it's sad that some poor soul will fall for this who thinks this is the deal of the century as he only has $1000 or so and feels he'll never be able to afford a supercharger at the regular prices of $4k and up and decides he'll go for this one. Secondly, if some dumb ass falls for this and doesn't know any better, he deserves what he gets because if it's too good to be true...it probably is idiot.

I found a guy in wythville VA selling a ECS kit for 2k. I text him and his first reply was 750 shipped if bought today. I asked his location which he told me, and said I'll come pick it up! Then the replys slowed and he said he said he is waiting on someone to pay him.
