Advice on lowering my car

I have a 2011 SS and need advice on what are the best options for lowering my car. I do want to maintain a fairly comfortable ride, I am going for a more aggressive look. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Do keep in mind I do like to do things properly and cost really isn't an issue. I am more interested in doing what will work and what's right.

Thanks all

I'm lowering my car in a few days, I went with 1'' lowering springs all around. I did a fair bit of reasearch before hand, and I think most people agreed 1'' was just enough not to sacrifice comfort or driveability, and will look alot better than stock!

Since cost isn't really playing into the equation and you want to keep the factory like ride, I'd go with a set of coilovers. Lowering springs are also a good way to achieve the look you want, but they do firm up the ride some.

I am very happy with my 1" BMR drop springs. The ride is a little more firm and bumpy but not really noticeable. The big change was having to be more aware of my surroundings now that the car is 1" closer to the ground, especially with my SLP front splitter. Have to back into all parking spots that have any curb or bump stop etc.

If cost isn't an issue, go for coilovers. You can adjust how hard or soft they ride, and they're great if you ever get involved with autocross/road course etc.

You can also adjust the ride height, but you will have to align your car when you do.

I've had mine for about 2 months, and I love them.

I just did the 1.25 lowering springs from apex.
Looks great,
Don't notice too much change in ride though

I went with Hotchkis. Great product, stiffer ride, looks aggressive. I like it. Have the car lowered, drive it for about 100 miles to allow the springs to settle. Get your bushings timed and get an alignment after they've settled.

Just lowered mine with BMR 1.2 and love it! I don't notice a bit of difference in ride quality.
