You seriously want to take it off? Why??? I would just keep it on their unless you plan to privately sell this car and trade up to a V8.

Really shouldn't have an issue selling it at 3k. I'd buy it if I didn't already have my set up.

Yes but the new kit also comes with a tune included in the price. You can't use the same tune for two cars so the buyer would have to buy a new tune from ipf which I believe is about 600-700 dollars.

Sorry but used parts are used parts. I do alot of buying and selling and parting out of things. I dont care if I have brand new oem parts in packaging I am lucky to get half of new price. It is just what it is. Plus the buyer still needs to buy the tune.

I think anything over 3grand is cah money for you. Sadly that doesnt make the removal worth it if you had to pay someone to pull it off. I say drive it, enjoy it and when your done with the car it should sell abit higher due to the s/c.

Test drive a stock v6 though that might not be fast enough for you now that you have run the s/c. There is no reason girls shouldnt drive fast!!!! Gives us guys something to chase.

One thing you might want to consider though is that you're in California. As far as I know, the supercharger is not carb compliant so that means when you have to take your car to get smogged and checked, it will not pass because of the supercharger. I know a lot of members who live in california have no problem taking the kit off to go get smogged and then put on again but I don't know if you mind dealing with that hassle.

First off I just want to say love the v6 community, you guys are all wise and truly great.

Nita, before you sell the kit, you should really check out a stock v6 and see if its really worth going back to stock. If your really content with going back to stock then take it off and sell it. No ones trying to rip you off so hoepfully you get a great deal. I was only kidding with my posts, but the other members do make sense. By the time someone ships and gets a new tune, its going to be over 4k and then again your going to be buying used. You dont want to sell it any higher then that because at that point, someone might as well buy new.
Keep us posted and you better stick around the forum lol Dont use us and leave us.
Ps were you born in 1988? im a 91, if my tag doesnt give it away lol
