Poll: Magnaflow Cat Back or CAI?
So, I have some stock options from work that I can exercise for about $600. I was thinking about using that for a mod or two. If it was your bone stock 2LT, would you go with a new cat back or a CAI kit? I'm torn.

l went with cai first, it's also cheaper and you'll have some gas money left at the end.

I would do an exhaust. If you like the Magnaflow, then you've certainly made a great choice. Check them out in the link below, but it's certainly a great system, I'd much rather do an exhaust right off the bat than an intake if I were in your shoes!

Don't know about Camaros but CAI sees little gain compared to exhaust mods on the Mustangs.

Exhaust, no questions asked. I will ALWAYS get exhaust before an intake on any of my vehicles :P

If I were to redo it all over again I would still choose my CAI first. I love my CAI inc CAI. My favorite mod for now.

Have done the CAI. Waiting on the exhaust. Very happy with the CAI. Increased mpg by 2 - 4 mph depending on my foot weight. LOL

Apparently, I'm not. LOL I was thinking of axle back. Noticed that as I was shopping after posting this. The $600 would put me within a hundred of a Magnaflow. It would either be that or an MRT for $500.
Thanks for all the input, guys. The exhaust sounds like the way to go. My wife even keeps saying the car needs to sound meaner. Now, just have to bite the bullet and do the deed.
