Does Range AFM module throw check engine lights?

Wanted to try the Range AFM delete module on my 2014 SS. Does anyone know if the latest firmware from the company is throwing check engine lights?

It shouldn't throw any codes.

Mine did not throw any codes. Worked like a charm. Used it for only about 1,200 miles before installing long tube headers and getting a tune. I'm actually about to post mine for sale on here in the next day or two if you're interested in buying it...

Yes, bought it directly from Range. Blue LEDs. Just looked through my emails for order confirmation. Purchased it on 7/12/2016 for $189 - used less than one year and for only 1,200 miles or so (only drive this car for pleasure, stored during winter).

Will PM you shortly.

Oh man . I have the Diablo AFM delete, and have no issues, except I wish the L.E.D.'s were blue to match the cars color. Mine are red.

when I had one a few years back it did every once in a while, just unplugged it for a cycle and it was good after that for a while. once I got headers and a tune had no use for it after that!

I bought one used off this site. It worked well for a long time. It probably was a year or so older than my 2015 model. It threw codes from time to time. Range said they'd upgrade it. Then I read that NOT starting the car with it plugged in may help. After I started doing that, it didn't throw codes any more. A pain in the ass but it works.

Obviously, most sell their old Range devices and get a tune. For those who don't want to for warranty reasons, you're relagated to the above. Or an upgrade on the firmware by Range. Or...use the paddles!
