Well, this SHOULD be a testament to GM and Chevrolet. It seems EVERY aftermarket company out there so far doesn't really do much with the car besides wheels and supercharger, while adding the price of an LS on top of the package. What are they going to do when GM does it themselves in 2012?

Berger cars are cool, don't get me wrong, but I forsee there's going to be far fewer sold with people waiting on the Z28 (or its equivalent).

So this makes how many "non-factory GM" special editions for the 5th gen' Camaro? I think I am going to come up with one of my own: the one of a kind "Midnighter Edition"

They shouldn't by any stretch. But in 2002, what was it, a hundred of them? That's a 70% drop in numbers, with a lot of Camaros made in comparison. This tells me there are too many out there doing about the same thing trying to squeeze $20K+ more out of the car. Not to mention the crappy economy. But Berger or SLP aren't just any overnight Camaro modifier company. So they have some legitimacy in their heritage. I'd be honored to own either one.
