Resonator for Kooks

I have Kooks headers and full exhaust. I have a drone around 1500-2000 RPM which is 70 MPH in 6th gear so it a problem.

I have heard that a resonator will solve it but I've also heard that the Kooks Resonator will not fit since there isn't a straight pipe long enough on the Camaro.

Has anyone used a resonator from a different brand on a 5th Gen Camaro?

thanks. Kooks has awesome sound and performance. if I can make that drone a little better they will be perfect.

This is a resonator that I am thinking of going with that might solve my problem of Drone and AFM sound. It might work for your application.

3.91 gears will shift the RPM range that you sit on the freeway and also take some load off the engine which reduces drone. They're also a great upgrade; something to consider.

Kooks full exhaust is notorious for drone. I didn't know kooks made a resonator. I doubt a resonator will take care of the drone but it will most definitely reduce it some. The only way I know of to get rid of the drone, without going with a different exhaust, is to add J pipes.
