New to the Camaro family!

So I just got my baby in January. I have a 2012 LS. I was planning on getting the RS or SS come summer time, but i just couldn't wait so I got the LS a few months ago.

I am pretty newbie when it comes to cars and upgrading and stuff so I have a few questions. I read a few reviews about the "K&N 69 Series Typhoon Intake" and most had all great things to say from adding some HP and even helping with fuel Economy. Also it looks fairly simple to install which is a Big plus bc I'd like to learn how to to take care of my babe myself.

Also read good things about " TunerDiabloSport inTune I-1000 Tuner" and again; from what I read, looks simple to use and adds a bunch of bonus'.

Some other basic additions are to get my windows tinted, get some nice black rims and add fog lights (although I feel like i'd have to take it somewhere for that).

What would adding a new exhaust system do for me. (NEWB) That can help with HP, torque and give it the muscle sound right? Thanks for all the help! Plan on being apart of the community for awhile

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
