True! I thought we all knew that the 4 cylinder mustang was going to cost more than the 6 cylinder and would be price around or at 30k!

I've seen every post of his is garbage.

Rumors of 300-400 lb weight loss abound...

Leaked rumors of 300 lb weight gain... madness ensues..

Real weight gain of 100 lbs... Whew, we only gained 100 lbs YAY! (internet high fives for everyone)

He used to be here, month after month Camaro outsold Mustang and he kept blaming it on Mustang supply and inventory issues.

Basically he'll come up with any excuse he can to make the Mustang seem like God's gift to mankind.

My favorite part in that thread over on Mustang6g was someone's post about ThePill

I about died when I read that.

He is wanting to completley discredit U.S. weight standards and use EU weight standards because it makes the Mustang look better. That's fine and all but at least compare it to other cars with the same weight standard, good lord.

He's just pointing out that with the new US curb weight standards, comparing cars will now be a bit difficult if going off of the manufacturers weights. These dont necessarily represent base weights as we've been used to in the pass.

Simply meaning that this new weight could be a GT Premium with the PP already equipped, if 30% of mustang GT buyers opt for. If that is the case, then its safe to assume that the Base GT is pretty close to the same weight or even a little under. No one knows for sure yet what is actually included lol. We'll all still have to wait for the magazine comparos and the weights they grab.

I'm totally cool with the slight weight gain. I kind of expected it.

Brilliant! Nice move Ford. Crisis averted.

I'm guessing the Alpha based Camaro will end up in the same range.

yep, I totally called that chit out on page 2 of this thread. Ford realizes the reality that 0 new Mustang models will be lighter than outgoing models despite what they were trying for. They leak a rumor of a massive weight gain. Rumor goes viral. Everyone is pissed. We find out the truth that the car is only gaining around 100lbs and everyone is happy. If rumor had not gone out in the first place a lot of people would have been pissed about the 100lbs. Now they are all grate full for it.

he's borderline retarded. he makes things up, portrays them as fact and sticks to his guns until people believe him.

I remember when he was adamant about having inside knowledge that the 2013 gt 500 DESTROYS the zl1 on a road course. funny stuff.
