I am looking for the full factory rebuild instructions for the rear diffs.

I need to rebuild the rear diff on my car. This has already been built once by a local shop once so I want/need to start over from scratch. The only problem with that is I need to know what the factory specs on the shim packs for the carrier are since I will be starting over from an empty case.

Also, factory specs are 8-12 backlash, what are the pro's and cons of going tighter than that? This car is daily driven and a weekend warrior.
