^ Notice how in the first video he holds the position closed AS he is tightening one bolt?
I found out as you tighten the bolts it tends to undo your mod and open it back up to where it was or worse, if you had it exactly where you wanted it before tightening.
It's not complicated if you do it how he did.

Headers and CAI will affect your numbers also, you might want to mention that if you want apples to apples to figure it out. I think hognutz had long tube headers (and CAI) on when he made this post but not sure.

I adjusted my original supercharger bypass and it moved quite a bit. I gained about 1.5 psi boost felt like 50 ass dyno HP gain and lost fuel economy to the tune of about 1.5 mpg.
I had the super charger replaced 5/2018 under warranty and the replacement blower bypass valve was set perfectly as delivered. It felt like the new one spooled up a little quicker for more torque at a lower RPM.

By looking at the boost gauge, i guess I picked up maybe a pound. Before the needle was just past the center hash, not showing any space between the needle and the hash mark. Now there is about a needle with of space between them. I cant tell any difference on top end but it does feel like it has better low rpm throttle response.

Thumbs up

Just had my Supercharger replaced and I adjusted the screw out about half turn I could see the stop moving I stopped when it did.
I’am sure it helped but I put my Roto Fab and ported throttle bottle back on at the same time.
Have not experienced any “flutter” as some people have with the solid coupler I have a mt.
