Got my shark emblems today. Polished aluminum.

Hoping to get SS Rims soon. And '69 Camaro Script fender Badges.

I probably won't do side pipes. Too much involved. And I'm still waiting to hear back from the engine shop.

I might, MIGHT!, do the side pipes if I can find a reputable fabricator to assist in the design and installation. But I'm not too sure how well it would sound with a V6. But I dunno how do you think these look?

And before anyone tells me to just buy a V8 and do the project, when the car is finished it's going to my nephew and he doesn't need V8 power lol. Not yet anyways. Plus with the engine mods he will be happy enough with the 350-400 pony's he'll be able to coax outta it. But yes the 1961 Mako 'Vette is my inspiration.

i'm pretty redneck too, but i don't know if the side pipes on a 4th gen would work. just about any vette from 63 to 82 should have them, but the camaro... hard to say - especially with a V6. get the pipes big enough to look good & you won't be able to fill them, resulting in back pressure being too low (and sounding like a mustang). the converse - get the right size piping for the engine & they'll look skimpy. that''s just my opinion. do with it what you will.

If I did do side pipes they would look like this...

They are a little more subtle and blend with the design pretty well in my opinion.
