You will never see that 220k.

Not trying to be a debbie downer but I mean really, where is he gonna get it from?

Hopefully everyone due a refund paid with a CC, they can dispute it, and let the CC companies worry about it.

They just give a bad name to online sellers. That's all they accomplished by not fulfilling the orders of consumers.

I started a thread about this guy and his company over 3 years ago warning others about his slow and untrustworthy business practices, and I was accused of just being an impatient A-hole. I for one am glad to see him get what is coming to him, I only hope that everyone gets every dime owed to them or they thrown his ass in jail until he can make restitution.

Yes sir... you absolutely warned everyone and were basically blown off.

This was a good read and the precursor to all of this... https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=440666

I was one of the customers who was owed a few big money parts back when I had my GTO. What an experience. It was pretty scary, I had people fighting with me on the phone. The owner Brandon was a delight... I was a few seconds on driving to his office and getting my money myself. Luckily my credit card company backed me up and got my money. If I would've payed with a debit card I would've been screwed.
