No pics from yesterday but I finished up the meth tank and got the lines purged and it's working like it should. I drove it around for about 15 minutes and no issues at all. Put it back on the lift and changed the oil and plugs last night. Today I will be draining the coolant and putting water wetter in and maybe work on tidying up some stiff since it's supposed to rain all day again.

After work on Monday I drove the car up to the closest scales and it weighed 3,615lbs. Thats 245lbs less than it was this time last year!

Hoping to get to the track this weekend.

That’s one hell of a diet, considering the addition of the cage. Congratulations! Looks like a new PB is in the cards just from weight loss!

Can’t wait to see a time slip, better yet a video. (Please)

Yeah that's pretty darn good like Brian sad considering the cage you installed. I wonder what that will do for you in the quarter.

Well, I got the car all loaded up and was headed to Centerville Dragway near Dardenelle AR. Was about halfway there and as luck would have it they had to cancel the races this evening due to a pop up storm that came through.

Too much rain around here lately. Mo-Kan also cancelled races for today and tomorrow. Maybe next weekend…

Again - killer build.
You guy's down south still have much nicer weather in general than us up here in Michigan. Yesterday was mid 70's and I was able to finally throw Paint. Today?
Cold and threatening to rain.

Yeah, I can agree, most of the time it is great, but we do have our "bad times" when hurricane season gets into full swing. But yep, up in your area, I see a lot of action and change from day to day. I couldn't deal with that at all!!

Lol.. no doubt. I will be headed to Centerville tomorrow. They are having a race and TNT but no street or hard tires allowed. Slicks or drag radials only. So looking forward to that.

Yes, headed to Centerville tomorrow (1/8 mile track). No idea on ET but hoping to be in the 6.0's at the very least.

Sorry about that. We got a new puppy this week so it been a bit crazy lol…

Nothing spectacular from the track, spun on all 3 passes. First & second pass both spun at the hit and was hard to recover from. Loosened up the rear shocks before the third pass and that helped the launch a bunch.. but, just after the 2-3 shift it hazed the tires and started drifting towards the centerline.

It felt great when not spinning and brakes worked very well. I am planning to go again this weekend and try again. Wishing I was better prepared so i could head to LS Fest in DFW.
