Rented a 2010 dodge challenger for Florida
Well the 2010 dodge challenger was my girlfriends dream car so she rented one while were down here. I have now driven all 3 modern muscle cars and I can say the mustang is the best driving car and looks better stock. The camaro has the best interior. The challenger is really worth less. Let's just say its no longer her dream car. All cars were base models.

It's the other way around for me. I like the outward looks of the camaro better and the interior of the mustang better(premium package). I'm not crazy about the challenger's interior but it would be a nice touring car if performance isn't your thing.

So mustang is the best driving car okay.
But you really think the outside looks better than a Camaro? Interesting

there was one thing I didn't like about the Camaro's external looks when I first saw it... The grill. But the heritage grill fixed that problem. The Mustang also didn't have enough leg room for me so it was out of the question. The Challenger interior looked too much like the rest of Dodge's lineup and the price per HP just didn't compare to the Camaro or Mustang. All in all I feel the Camaro packs the most punch when you combine its outward beauty with the standard specs in the SS that you'd have to pay extra for in the Mustang....
But I can't put into words how happy I am that the big 3 have actually started making competitive cars. In 05 my only choice was a 300 HP mustang. Then the Challenger came out in 08 and I was set on buying that when I saved up the money. But then I saw the Camaro in transformers on Blu-ray and my decision became a lot more complicated. In the end, the Camaro won especially after I found out that it would be priced lower than the SRT8 and actually be faster for the 2010 model year! I want to thank the Big 3 for stopping me from buying a Infiniti G37 coupe or Bmw 335ci.

Mustang is last on my list. It looks ugly IMO. I like the exterior and interior of the Camaro, but I like the exterior of the Challenger more...interior is very bland though. Also, the ride is smoother than both the Camaro and Mustang.
The Mustang may be a good performer, and I do like the interior (besides the uncomfortable headrests) but they cannot sell it for me because I straight up don't like the looks of it (the GT500 looks way better even though the rear end remains ugly). Plus I heard too many Chinese "Glass tranny" horror stories. Id own them in this order, Camaro, Challenger, Mustang....Also, I wouldn't call the Challenger straight up useless. The new 392s are boss.

I drove all three also.
Didn't like the interior of the new Mustang - felt cramped, but drove nice. Challenger was fun to drive, but does look very cheap inside. Love the Camaro the best If I were rich, I would have all three though. I would not buy the newer Mustang - hate the rear end (WTF were they thinking)?! Would get an older one though. |

I have a 2009 Challenger R/T, a 2010 Camaro 2SS and a 2010 GT500 vert, the R/T is by far the best for a long trip.

My only question is you own a Camaro and you think the Mustang "looks better stock." Looks better than the Camaro?
Saying the Mustang looks better than the Camaro is like saying Rosie O'Donnell looks better than Jennifer Lopez. |

1. I don't know how Camaro owners with their hard plastic interiors can call the Challenger with it's soft touch and higher quality interior cheap, that always amazes me.
2. At least give the 11 Base Challenger with it's MUCH better engine and revised suspension a drive before you say it is worthless, also try the V8s. |
