Yes they are l.e.d. fog and daytime running lights along with a harness that was provided by ofer in order to turn on the drls and fogs at the same time.

I don't need them all on at the same time but I would like to know what hardware I need to make them be brighter.

No I tried getting those but they never pm'd me so I went with a company somewhere in San Gabriel called I jdm toy.

nice !!! they are bright as hell !! i hope mine are that bright, was the install pretty easy ? did you have to jack up your car ? cause i got my bulbs today and my regular jack doesnt fit cause the new bumper is lower and since my car is lowered its just not good :(

You don't need a jack, I did it on the street, all you need to do is remove the 3 screws inside the wheel wells and pull back on them.
