I just went through this and honestly the “bang” isn’t worth the buck. Put your NPP mufflers on and drive it. You will discover you don’t need it any quieter. I never use the quiet setting even on long trips and there is absolutely no drone with the NPP mufflers and open headers on my L99.
If you do decide to do it here are the materials I used and approx prices. MAC valve 35A-AAA-DDBA-1BA with (2) 1/8 hose nipples $20 Gates 27041 Windshield Washer & Vacuum Hose $20 Logisys RM01 1 Channel Wireless Control On/Off $17 Dorman 47380 Vacuum Connector Value Pack, 65 Piece $8 Nilight NI-FH02 10Pack 12V Car Add-A-Circuit Tap Adapter Mini ATM $8 This guy did it with a vacuum pump, but I think the vacuum pump is kind of quirky. And there is no easy source for switched power from the trunk, all the fuses are hot so you risk a dead battery if you leave it on and there is a vacuum leak. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ne-intake.html Hope that helps. |

I respectfully disagree. There is drone. I have long tubes and a cam on my L99 and at times it’s just to loud and gets annoying. Sounds great wide open but there are times you when you will want to tone it down.
You can set it up and control it through the garage door opener that’s by your rear view mirror. |
