ZL1 Fuel Trims and Tune Question

I'll start with that my knowledge for reading OBD and tuning is pretty much zero.

I've been having some issues with my car running like it's pulling a boat after a recent tune for new injectors (previous owner didn't upgrade injectors with the upper 2.55 pulley upgrade). The car made 575 rwhp and 598 TQ during the dyno tune, but shortly after I could sense something wasn't right. Sure enough, I take the car to a friend's local shop and we plug it into his reader (I believe it's the Snap On Solus) to begin logging and immediately notice the car is bouncing anywhere from -13% to -20% on the fuel trims at idle and around -17% to -25% under normal load (cruising). The car will need a retune but my question is do these fuel trims carry over into enabled power enrichment (WOT)?

*I understand at this point I should not be driving the car much and certainly not at WOT until it's fixed.

Positive LTFT's carry into PE, but negative ones do not.
