The car is an RS which seems to have what appears to be nice looking black strip on the door and rear fender. Other options for that tire kit would have been on top of the trunk or like those jeeps in Africa on the roof, or hood, or attached to the front bumper. Also like those cars in the 30s he could have mounted a tire kit on each side of the front fenders.

I gotta say, I respect the workmanship and effort put in to that, the pictures look like it was done well.
However I dont respect that it was done to a camaro, brings tears to my eyes.

He has got to finish the other 2 required mods to be complete.

1- Trailer hitch
2- Roof rack

Give that car some curb feelers, spinners on some 22” blades, a lift kit with some Gold trim, and turn it loose down town Detroit where it belongs.
