I wax at least once a month. I plan to use SwirlX come spring (after windy season) and again just before fall. Its a daily driver, we have harsh sun and pretty unpredictable wheater (hate you mother nature) so I try to keep some Meguiar's Gold class wax on it all the time. I park in a parking garage at work/school so that helps protect the paint tons more. I wash once a week (1 bucket for upper half of the car and I have 3 other microfibers for the lower portions, they don't get a bucket), follwed by Meguiar's Quick detailer. Midweek I'll dust with a Cali duster then use the quick detailer only on flat surfaces and only after I'm positive the surfaces are dust-free.

My car still looks brand new and swirl-free.

I'm a nut bag, I wax mine bi-monthly or once a month if I get too hosed up. Not because it needs it, just because I can. I usually wash it twice a week, and I always spray some sort of detail spray on the car as I'm drying it.

Yea I'm crazy like that.

One important fact to remember is...A sealant can give you up to 6 months of protection...A carnauba will not.
