WOW, they sure did bring the HAMMER to you guys.

As for your game, someitmes as you know it just doesn't want to carry, on those nights all you can do is keep picking up your spares and work at it.

I can spare at a high 90s clip but I get a few splits and get irritated. Then end up missing a single pin spare and get pissed. Look out after that. hahahah

Just got done with our Saturday afternoon league. My son David and I had to make up a couple weeks. So we bowled 6 games each. (we only bowl 2 games per week).

My son shot 137 - 184 - 126 - 168 - 161 - 203 for a 6 game avg. of 163. He is improving his game every time out. He threw had a four bagger in the middle of one of the games. His only down fall right now is he is just missing his spares. Still working on picking those up.

I shot 203 - 244 - 235 - 243 - 231 - 238 for a 6 game avg. of 232. By far one of the better days for me. I was playing 5 boards left of normal with my feet and aiming at the 12/13 board swinging it out somewhat. The lanes were not oiled today yet. They were oiling them as we finished up. I was moving a half board left almost every game.

Pretty consistant. I doubt I've EVER shot that well for 6 games at a time. Very nice.

And those lanes stayed pretty good for 6 games. You two must have been the only ones bowling on them.

I SUCK bowling back to back with just two bowlers. Whenever me and Bonnie have to pre-bowl I always make her wait till I throw two and we do it tourney style. But I"m also not a good enough bowler to do well on dry lanes and every time we go to pre-bowl the lanes are dry as hell.

I could see that as a problem for you since you throw more hook than I do. The dryer lanes today helped my son to get it into the pocket with more punch.

For me the lanes had already broken down so I just needed to find a line that stayed consistent. and I did once I got past the first game.

Tonight was kinda bitter sweet.

Lost the second game by 10 pins and I opened the 10th frame up.

Still took 3 out of 4.

Shot 247, 203, 216 = 666

Had the front 7 in game 1.

Nice shootin. It happens, I really bear down in the 9th and 10th. Trying for those 60 pins. Love the pressure of knowing that it is the 9th and more times than not I take it off the sheet for the 4 bagger.

I fully expected to. To that point I had not missed the pocket once. Left a bunch of 10 pins. At one point 3 in a row.

Last ball jumped and went through the nose for a split. All I needed was a mark to win the game.
