You don't need to connect the rear sensors with this headers. But like all long tube headers you need to tune it to get rid of the check engine.

How many miles does the CAI have on it? And will it work for the 2012?

I've had it for about 15k miles, And I don't see why it won't fit you're camaro.
It comes with the optional Hydroshield.
