I already washed it. That's why I called them stains.

Try a little vinegar on a microfiber. (white vinegar, not red wine or balsamic)

Take a look at this thread Dylan made a while back, it outlines everything you need to know about caring for vinyl stripes. Those spots don't look too terrible so they should clean up fairly easily.

I have a similar issue, what was the verdict on how to fix these stains? So far I've tried vinegar with a microfiber with no luck...

I've checked the link listed above and I didn't see anything that addresses this type of issue.

Adams SVRT did the trick for me when I had stains that soap & water wouldn't take out.

Reviving a very old thread, I have a 45th also like the op and have the exact same type of spots forming on the grey stripes, I use Adams vrt on that part so I know that it is more than just applying vrt to clean them up

I have used a very mild polish and white pad on mine and it brought back the shine nicely, not sure how it would affect the non-shiny stripes.

I would try 3D LVP Cleaner since it is safe on vinyl.

If you have water spots on anything do a 1/3 mix of White vinegar(1) and Tap water(3) it will pull even the stubborn old dried soap stains from glass and paint.
