Correct. A lot of speculation on the Corvette forum is that since the hood looks to be two piece with a larger bulge in the middle is that it has a larger blower. But could also be larger cooling bricks. All speculation at this point.

Also if you listen to the video clip in the link I posted above the ZR1 sounds like an automatic. Gotta have an auto for all the old Corvette owners

I wonder if the wing was an active aero wing would they get anything more out of it?

What tires are on it, Trofeos or the same as the non 1LE?

It's certainly blew the doors off a lot of other prestigious cars and sits mingled in with cars that are waaaaay more expensive and a lot less practical/useable.

Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3R tires... they are specific to the ZL1 1LE

I guess I never really looked into times that much recently, but what's so special about the new base GT3 that it ran a 7:12, while the GT3RS was in the 20's?? Must be all the aero tweaks and the facelift of the 991.2
