If the alarm is active the horn will go off if any doors/hood/trunk is opened without deactivation.

Unlocking via the key in the door or with the key fob will automatically deactivate the alarm.
Activating the alarm this way also deactivates the internal door lock switches. That way someone can't use something to go through the window seal and push the unlock button to get in. Also if the alarm is not deactivated using the key fob the alarm will sound if you open any door or the hood or the trunk. Even using the key to unlock the door will not keep it from going off. I just went out and tried on my car.

I broke my FOB, long story. I only have the one FOB.

I can get in car with key, and turn on car and drive.

Issue is, light blinks while I drive. Is there any way I can get that light to stop blinking?
