powerbond balancer and pulley
New zl1 owner here and wondering if anyone knows of this balancer and 10% overdrive pulley. The ctsv forum is talking about this setup and isn't the ctsv and zl1 pulley and balancer the same. The number is pbo1662ss10 and autozone has these for around $190. When you look these up at autozone they come up for a zr1. Just wondering if anyone know of these

Not knowledgeable of that unit but the 2 most used are the Metco and ATI with Lingenfelter rings. These two allow for you to change your mind and your as you grow the car.

Sounds like it is a direct replacement for the ZR1
I guess the ZR1 pulley is a little bigger. Hence the 10% overdrive. I don't know that the belts will line up properly. But I do know the ZR1 had a 11 rib belt vs the ZL1 8 rib.

I've had one on my CTS-V for over 3 months. Works great and direct fit. The ring can be replaced but a ring alone is over $250.00 as it has to come from Australia. With a stock upper and the 8.6 PB Lower I added a max of 1.63 lbs of boost. Stock injectors now max at 83% duty cycle at WOT.
