Same here, i still get kidded about all the mods cause i told everyone i wont do any mods cause i had my 67 Camaro too. So much for that plan!!

Do you think a well known / reputable shop doesn't have shade tree mechanics ?

better yet do you think they will replace the engine if something happens directly or indirectly from there work ?

even the dealers have ( shade tree mechanics)
and there all ASE certified

depending on the way you drive, how much you juice it, Miles on the engine etc.
there is no telling how long it will last no matter who does the work
As you stated you don't even change your oil so I understand what your asking tho sorry to stray


I would use johns guy (he is local)
or one of the speed shops down the shore
get quotes from them and make a choice
