1st track day coming up

Our club rented Atco Dragway (NJ) for June 7th. Hopefully we get some good weather and I can share some photos and time slips.

Sounds like a blast. Track rentals are so much better than fighting the crowds on Friday night. If this is your first time ever down a track, don't beat yourself up if the number is not what you think it should be. Still, with your hp/tq you should do well! Good Luck!

Ran a best of 11.34 @ 133. It’s a 10 second car with a drag radial. Look at the trap speed. I was breaking 100 in the 1/8th. It spun through first 3 gears. :(

That 133 mph puts you well into the 10's.

Thanks!!! Had a great time, but I don’t know if I’ll go drag car with it. Trying to get more into slipstream (roll racing).

It won’t let me post any videos.

I ran a 10.54 at 133 mph with an M6 when I was at your exact power level. It may take a bit more than just drag radials to get your 60' time down where it needs to be. I added the full BMR drag suspension and Lakewood 90/10 shocks to shift the weight to the rear. However, you have a 10 sec car all day long my friend!

Here is my 10.5 sec run

For comparison sake here is my time slip for the 10.54 run

Yep. Private rental. I tell everyone I did 17 runs then drove it 2 hours home with the air conditioning on. Jennetty built an amazing car.

Thank you! I have done all the suspension mods, but I had a friend tell me to disconnect the front sway bar next time and go with different front struts.
