Footwell lighting installed by dealer
I saw in one youtube video or somewhere that if u get it installed by your dealer then they also install a nob by the shifter that lets you control the intensity of the lighting and such. does anyone have this? If so, please post pics and info

I already have a knob that would control the intensity if I wired it to my ABL...

Yes, the GM licensed footwell lighting has the ability to dim and such.

I put in aftermarket LED strips that are hooked into my ambient lighting. Still does the theatre dimming with the dome light, but I don't see the need to have them on all the time so I don't need to dim them.
If you do however, just hook them into the dash lights. They will come on when it's dark, and you can use your display dimmer.
