V6 Clutch Questions

Hi All- I am getting ready to do a clutch replacement due to the slave cylinder on my 2011 Ls and have a couple questions. Car has 150k miles on it.

Is anyone replacing the rear main seal also? (Reading through the clutch replacement threads it doesn’t seem to get mentioned much if any) When replacing the rear main seal what sealant should be used on the seal housing?

Looks like a lot of people are replacing the flywheel bolts and some are replacing the pressure plate bolts. Chevrolet dealer parts counter said there is no notes for either bolt being a “single use” . (My gut tells me the flywheel may be stretch bolts but not the pp) Can anyone confirm if either or both bolts are one time stretch “single use” and need to be replaced ?

Torque specs for the following on the LLT V6 motor and trans?
Flywheel bolts-
Pressure plate bolts-
Rear main seal housing bolts-
Slave cylinder bolts-
Transmission housing bolts?

Any info is greatly appreciated!
