Which kit? I'm fairly sure nothing beats procharger from a price stand point. Maybe it's different for you LS guys.

Price wise I know my agp tt kit cost lest than a whipple was going run me, but this is also with self install, having a shop install I would guess the turbo would cost more at that point

Procharger is good(I used to have one on a Fox body) but Vortech/Paxton are not to be taken lightly either. Paxton Novi 2200 is a ****ing beast of a blower. Afaik, nobody makes a bolt on kit for that one. But I'd be willing to bet the folks @ ECS could get one for their bracketry.
